Pres McKinley - Cabinet card depicts the 25th President of the United States who served from March 4, 1897 until his assassination in September 1901. McKinley was the last President to serve in the American Civil War. The card shows some aging; the upper right hand corner is worn. Front of card reads, "256 Fifth Avenue New York,” and the back reads "Bureau of Engraving 5-7 th ST SO MPLS.”
