Edgar Smith Walker This Westpoint cadet
from Missouri graduated in 1883 and immediately was sent west where he served
on the frontier at Fort Totten, Dakota and then Fort D.A. Russel, Wyoming. He was
(in the field in South Dakota during campaign against Sioux Indians,
Dec. 17, 1890 to Jan. 26, 1891. He later served in Alaska. Cabinet
card by Pach, New York.
