Tinted Naval Engineer - CDV displays waist-up portrait of a moustached Naval Officer wearing his ill-fitting frock coat. His sleeve and what I can see of his shoulder boards would seem to indicate that he is an Assistant Engineer. He sits with his hand inside his coat. Back mark reads "Carte De Viste from the Photograph Rooms of J.R. Laughlin, N.W. cor. Twelfth & Market sts. Philadelphia. Sky-Light Second Story 6769.”
