21013 George F Tannett DOW 1st Illinois Cav CDV of Tannett
standing in full uniform leaning on his sword.   His altered
Hardee hat with ostrich plume rests on the nearby column. No
Backmark. Identified from the HDS Database and Roger
Hunt. The card has been trimmed and shows evidence of being
bent in the middle. Views well. Tannett died of his wounds at
Cedar Mountain on 8-9-1862.  $225
