Man In Spectacles - 1/6 plate daguerreotype from J.H. Whitehurst Gallery portrays a middle aged man with hair worn long around sides and back. The man wears a three piece suit and slight hexagon shaped spectacles on his face. There is a curious cord that runs across his chest and perhaps into a pocket. The daguerreotype is housed in a brown leather case with a worn brown pad stamped "J.H. Whitehurst Gallery”.
