The Faithful Hound (K89) Lovely double 1/6 plate case houses a daguerreotype portrait of a young mother and her child wearing a christening gown and another of the child when slightly older and seated in a large wheeled buggy. The plates have some slight wipes or perhaps finger prints and the one with the mother has some cloudiness around the edges. The scan makes it look worse than it does in person. Over all a very attractive pair.
