Najor General James B. Bell Signed on the mount Silver print, mount measures 6 ¾” X 8 ¾” and features General James Franklin Bell (1856-1919) the Chief of Staff of the US Army from 1906-1910. Card portrays the Major General in full uniform with a medal around his neck. He was awarded a Congressional Medal of Honor for his actions in the Philippines. This is signed "For Eliza with love J.F. Bell”
