Snow graduated from West Point in 1868 and is shown here in his West Point uniform from 1868.Per Heitman’s Historical Register of the U.S Army, Upon graduation Snow was appointed 2^nd Lt 24^thInfantry (actually the precursor of the 24^th which were Buffalo Soldiers). He served with the 24^th Infantry until transferred o the 11^th Infantry in April of 1869 where he served until dismissed in August of 1871. Signed on the front.
