Hello Mike.
I’d like to share with you, and for the benefit of history, that the photographer for this image was Myron Hawley Monroe who operated "Over 83 & 85 Crystal Palace, Main Street, Rochester, NY." I’ve owned this same image for decades and have yet to identify the officer. I have been able to ID the photographer, however, by the carpet design. I’ve seen several other cartes with the same pattern and with the same column prop.
