Thomas Mifflin Signer of the Constitution 1787 ANS 6 ½” X 4” promisary note reading in full "Sixty days after date I promise to pay to Wager & Habarker or order seventeen hundred fifty dollars (name) Philad 27 July 1787” There is a paper fault impacting the last name a bit. Mifflin was a delegate to the 1787 Philadelphia Convention and signed the United States Constitution.
