Archibald Henderson is the longest serving Marine Commandant, 1820-1859, and
has been known to all Marines since as the "Grand old man of the Marine Corps”.
The
document exhibits fold-marks and slight soiling and has been conserved by a
paper conservator. A beautiful Marine Corps collectible. Henderson discharges
are quite scarce.
