Wide-Eyed in 1845 1/6 plate daguerreotype of a bald man with cane who seems to be wearing clothing that is several years out of date. Marked on the pad Root’s Gallery 140 Chestnut St. Philada. Marcus Root learned the trade from Robert Cornelious. Circa 1845.
