A 2^nd Mississippi soldier is to forfeit six months pay and, to be confined on bread and water diet for two terms of 14 days each, to be marched in front of his regiment at dress parade wearing a placard with the words, ”skulker from the battle” inscribed there on in large characters, and to be kept at hard labor in camp for six months and not to be excused there from any drills marches or fights.
