Illinois 7th Cavalry Album page containing the CDV images of William Ward and John Ward, dated 1865, in their Civil War uniforms. On the reverse of the album page is a tintype in a patriotic paper holder of a baby identified as Miss Lulu Osborn and a CDV of an older man identified as Mexican War veteran Mr. Jonson Kendle, dated 1866. No Backmarks.
William Ward
Residence Peoria County IL; Enlisted on 3/31/1865 as a Private and was mustered into Unassigned IL 7th Cavalry. (Date and method of discharge not given).
John Ward
Residence Phillipstown IL; Enlisted on 10/1/1861 as a Wagoner and was mustered into "E" Co. IL 7th Cavalry. He was mustered out on 10/15/1864
